The main goal of the Encantó Project was a complete renovation of the interior to make the apartment attractive for rental. We aimed to create a stylish, functional, and cozy space while preserving the charm of Spanish architecture, meeting the expectations of the modern renter.
We conducted a full renovation of the apartment, including the repair of walls, floors, and ceilings. The design was developed with current trends in mind, and a meticulously planned layout allowed for the maximum efficient use of available space. The use of light tones visually expanded the space and created a sense of coziness.
All old furniture was replaced with new pieces that meet modern standards of comfort and style. We chose multifunctional and high-quality pieces of furniture that harmoniously fit into the renovated interior.
To ensure comfort and safety, electrical and plumbing systems were replaced, which also increased the property’s appeal to renters.
As a result, because of the owner’s decision to use the services of the interior design studio DA Home, the apartment became in grreat demand in the real estate market. The stylish and thoughtful interior design, high-quality finishes, and convenient layout made it ideal for both short-term and long-term rentals.
