Horizonte Claro is a newly built two-storey duplex that we began working on from its raw construction phase. Our goal was to create an interior tailored for rental: functional, neutral and visually appealing.
We developed a practical layout, defined key zones, selected finishes and designed a calm, welcoming color palette suitable for a broad range of tenants. The result is a clean, bright and fully prepared living space — ready for immediate use or successful rental.
