Apartamento Esmeralda is a full interior design project created for a residence located on a high floor of a modern residential building with stunning sea views. The height, natural light, and open atmosphere of the apartment became the foundation of the entire design concept.
The property was delivered by the developer as a new-build apartment, and our studio managed the project completely from scratch: space planning, material selection, lighting design, furniture sourcing, decoration, and every detail required to transform the space into an elegant and highly personalized home. The interior concept was built around a bright and refined palette, complemented by golden accents, sophisticated textures, and carefully selected decorative elements. The final result is a harmonious, luxurious, and light-filled interior where elegance and comfort coexist naturally.
One of the key aspects of this project was the fully remote collaboration. The owners spent most of the process outside Spain, so our studio coordinated the entire project online – from material selection to final decoration and lighting choices.
Throughout the project, we maintained close communication with the clients, providing updates, proposals, samples, visualizations, and progress reports to ensure confidence and peace of mind at every stage.
When the clients finally arrived to see the completed apartment, they were truly impressed by how accurately the final result reflected their vision: a sophisticated, welcoming home designed for personal enjoyment and life by the sea.
