Located on the penultimate floor of a high-rise building, the apartments offer their owners breathtaking views that perfectly complement the unique atmosphere and visual comfort of the space. Early in the planning stages, we identified that the panoramic windows and large terrace would fill the space with natural light, which became a key element in the design.
As a result, we created a personalized space that is not only functional but also inspiring for those who value creativity, sophistication, and individuality in every detail. Capricho Project earned its name for a reason. In art and architecture, “Capricho” often refers to works created not by rules but by inspiration and personal preferences of the author.
The name conveys the idea of combining different styles and elements that might seem whimsical or extravagant but ultimately create a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing space. Every interior element is meticulously designed to fulfill the boldest and most refined desires of our clients.
