Mediterránea House

In this project, we successfully transformed an old villa, making it not only more modern but also significantly increasing its rental potential at the client’s request. 
The main focus of the project was creating comfortable and stylish spaces that enhanced the property’s value. 
Key achievements include: 
 • Complete modernization of the interior and exterior: selecting and partially replacing furniture, updating walls and floors, and creating a modern, cosy design. 
 • Redesign of the relaxation areas: redecorating the barbecue area and enclosed balcony, expanding opportunities for enjoying the space.
 • Pool area renovation: a modern design and improved functionality. 
 • Careful selection of textiles: ensuring the proper choice of textiles for the interior, adding comfort and elegance to each room. 
 The result of our work was a 30% increase in the property’s rental profitability, thanks to the high-quality work and a thoughtful approach to the renovation.
